A manufacturer shall configure a video lottery terminal to wager credits available for play in the following order: Noncashable credits; and Cashable credits. A manufacturer may enable a video lottery terminal that has been tested, certified, and approved under this chapter for tournament play with the prior written approval of the Commission.
