Regulation .09 Table Inventory for a Poker Table.

Notwithstanding the requirements in Regulations .02, .03, .06, and .07 of this chapter, a facility operator may establish procedures for the issuance of table inventories that are maintained by poker dealers on an impress basis.

A facility operator shall submit to the Commission the procedures developed under §A of this regulation as part of the facility operator's internal controls.
