Before conducting a table game on the facility operator’s gaming floor, a prospective dealer shall pass a table test on the table games that the dealer will be conducting. A table test required under §A of this regulation shall consist of the dealer demonstrating proficiency at the table game to the satisfaction of an employee of the facility operator who is a pit manager or higher. A facility operator shall document the following in a dealer’s personnel file: Completion of the training program required under Regulation .17 of this chapter; and Successful completion of the table test required under §A of this regulation.
