Before offering a table game authorized under the standard rules, a facility operator shall submit to the Commission a rules submission that specifies which options the facility operator will use in the conduct of the table game. A facility operator may implement the provisions in a rules submission only after receipt of written notice of approval from the Commission. A facility operator shall maintain the current version of each Commission-approved rules submission so that it is available in electronic form, through secure computer access, to the facility operator’s internal audit and surveillance department and the Commission’s compliance representatives. Each page of a table game’s rules submission shall indicate the date on which it was approved by the Commission. A facility operator shall maintain a paper or electronic copy of any superseded rules submission for a minimum of 5 years from the date of Commission approval.
