### Chapter 05 — General Requirements

#### Regulation .01 Compliance with Federal Law.

*COMAR 36.07.05.01*

A person who transports an instant bingo machine shall comply with applicable provisions of 15 U.S.C. §§1171—1178, commonly known as the Johnson Act.
