Regulation .05 Renewal Requirements.

Unless a registration is renewed, an operator’s registration expires 1 year from the last date of registration.

Upon receipt of an invoice from the Commission for renewal, an operator shall pay the non-refundable renewal fee of $1,000 to continue conducting fantasy competitions in the State.
