Except as provided in §B of this regulation an employee, principal, officer, director of an operator, a fantasy competition contractor, or a member of that individual’s immediate family, is prohibited from participating in a fantasy competition offered by that operator. An affiliated individual may participate in a fantasy competition if: Participation is for testing purposes; or The competition is a private fantasy competition.
