An applicant shall disclose in its application documents whether the applicant, or a principal or partner of the applicant:
A.
Has ever held an ownership interest in a licensee of the Commission; or
B.
Is currently engaged in the business of sports wagering in another jurisdiction, and the nature and extent of that involvement.
