Regulation .03 Prohibitions.

An individual who has been placed on the Commission’s mandatory exclusion list from sports wagering under this chapter may not:

Unless excluded by operation of another directive or order outside the Commission, an individual who has been placed on a voluntary or mandatory exclusion list of the Commission that is not under this subtitle may engage in sports wagering.
