The Commission may require a sports wagering licensee to submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of financial and statistical data. Reports required under this regulation shall be in a form and submitted in accordance with a time frame specified by the Commission. Unless otherwise specified by the Commission, reports to the Commission shall be signed by the: Chief executive officer if the sports wagering licensee is a corporation; General partner if the sports wagering licensee is a partnership; Manager if the sports wagering licensee is a limited liability company; Chief executive officer or functional equivalent if the sports wagering licensee is any other form of business association; or Owner if the sports wagering licensee is a sole proprietorship. A sports wagering licensee shall submit a report to the Commission on the due date specified by the Commission unless an extension has been approved in writing by the Commission. The Commission may, on written notice to a sports wagering licensee, require an interim report to be submitted in a form and in accordance with a time frame specified by the Commission.
