A.
Except for an online sports wagering licensee, a sports wager may not be accepted in any way by use of a:
(1)
Credit card; or
(2)
Electronic transfer of funds from a credit card.
B.
If an online sports wagering licensee accepts credit cards to fund a sports wagering account, the licensee shall require a bettor to acknowledge that the transaction may be treated as a cash advance and be subject to additional fees.
