### Chapter 16 — Wagering Using Online, Web-based, or Mobile Applications

#### Regulation .01 General.

*COMAR 36.10.16.01*

Unless context or the individual regulation dictates otherwise, for purposes of this regulation, “sports wagering licensee” includes:

A. Mobile sports wagering licensee; and

B. Online sports wagering operator licensee.
