The Commission shall require that sports wagering equipment be tested by an independent certified testing laboratory:
A.
For accuracy;
B.
To ensure that the sports wagering equipment is in compliance with all statutes, regulations and Commission directives applicable to such equipment; and
C.
For any other function that the Commission determines may be necessary to validate the functionality and performance of the sports wagering equipment.
