A sports wagering licensee shall obtain prior written Commission authorization before: Placing sports wagering equipment into operation; Relocating sports wagering equipment within the facility; Changing a configuration; Performing a substantial replacement of parts; Implementing any variation, composite, or new feature of sports wagering equipment; or Performing any other action that materially alters or interrupts the operation of the sports wagering equipment. Before the Commission may authorize an action described in §A of this regulation, a sports wagering licensee shall submit to the Commission written notice of the request that includes: Description of proposed action; Location of proposed action; Start and end dates and times of the proposed action; and Any other information requested by the Commission. Notice of Changes. A sports wagering licensee shall promptly provide the Commission with written notice of any changes to the information already submitted under §A or B of this regulation. In response to a request for authorization, the Commission may: Impose additional requirements on the sports wagering licensee before authorizing the request; Deny the request; or Approve the request. Notice of Inaction. A sports wagering licensee shall provide written notice to the Commission if the action is not completed as approved by the Commission.
