An applicant shall submit a SWARC application only to SWARC. To be considered for the award of a license, an applicant shall: Complete the SWARC application as required in Regulation .08 of this chapter; Timely submit its completed SWARC application, which means ensuring that SWARC receives the application as specified in its application instructions: Through delivery by any means SWARC specifies; At the location SWARC specifies; and Before 5 p.m. on the date that SWARC specifies; and Timely submit the nonrefundable application fee as required under Regulation .04A(2) of this chapter as specified in SWARC’s application instructions. SWARC may not accept or consider a SWARC application: That is not timely submitted; or For which the SWARC application fee was not timely submitted to the Commission as required under Regulation .04A(2) of this chapter.
