The Authority may use the Fund for:
(1)
loan guaranties made under § 5–520(a) of this subtitle;
(2)
equity investment guaranties made under § 5–520(b) of this subtitle;
(3)
direct loans made under § 5–520(c) of this subtitle; and
(4)
expenses for administrative, legal, actuarial, and other services.
